TOLEDO, Ohio — The University of Toledo Police Department said there is no threat to the community after officers received a false report of an incident at the Health Science Campus Tuesday afternoon.

According to social media posts from police, officers responded to Lot 42 on the Health Science Campus just after 2:15 p.m. Six minutes later, UToledo police posted the following:

"Police are responding to an active aggressor report on the Health Science Campus Lot 41. Stay away. Take protective actions. RUN, HIDE, FIGHT"

Then, at 2:28 p.m., UToledo police said the incident was determined by officers on scene to be a false report. They said there is no threat to the community.

A minute later, UToledo Police posted that the university announced an "all clear" and instructed students, staff and faculty to resume normal activities.
