TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo Fire and Rescue responded to a fire at a home on Greenwood in east Toledo around midnight on Sunday.
Court documents say 30-year-old Toledoan Mateo Zapata set fire to a car in the driveway of his home that fire ended up spreading to the house.
Zapata has been charged with 2 counts of aggravated arson.
The fire started in the vehicle and spread to a house causing damage to the side of the home. There were residents inside at the time of the fire.
Their condition is unknown.
