TOLEDO, Ohio — A crash in west Toledo Tuesday afternoon caused a power outage affecting about 1,000 customers.
The crash happened on Monroe Street just west of Douglas Road. Toledo Edison and Toledo Police are on-scene.
Monroe is closed between Wendover Drive and Aldringham Road.
