TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are investigating a drive-by shooting that happened around 9. a.m on Saturday.
According to police, several bullet casing were found inside a home in the 1300 block of Waverly Avenue, just north of Dorr Street.
Multiple bullet holes are visible in the front window and siding of the house, and the glass of the storm door is shattered. Several evidence markers could be seen scattered around the front lawn of the property.
Officers on scene told WTOL 11 that no one was home at the time of the drive-by shooting.
No injuries were reported following the incident.
Police did not disclose a motive behind the shooting. Anyone with information is encouraged to call or text Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111. You can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward.
