TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man accused of raping an 11-year-old girl has pleaded not guilty after he was indicted on seven felony charges.
Kenneth Fricker, 41, was indicted on five counts of rape and two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles. He pleaded not guilty Thursday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court and his total bond was set at $1 million.
A judge ordered Fricker to have no direct or indirect contact with the victim. He's scheduled to be back in court on June 4 at 9 a.m.
According to court records, the misconduct occurred around April 6, 2024, at Fricker's home in the 2600 block of Arletta Street in west Toledo.
