TOLEDO, Ohio — We have a BIG lottery winner after one lucky ticket hit the monstrous Mega Millions jackpot worth $1.13 billion in the drawing for Tuesday, March 26, 2204.
Lottery officials say the winning ticket was sold in New Jersey, marking the fifth largest jackpot in the game's history. The winner has the choice to take the cash option, which is worth $537.5 million.
The winning numbers are 7, 11, 22, 29, 38 and Mega Ball 4. The Megaplier option for this drawing is 2x.
OHIO AMONG STATES WITH $1 MILLION WINNERS
But that's not all... The Tuesday night Mega Millions lottery drawing also brought winning tickets worth $1 million in multiple states -- including Ohio. That big winner was an auto-pick ticket sold at the Clark Oil on Monroe Street in Toledo.
Other states hitting a $1 million prize include: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and New York. Each of these winners narrowly missed the jackpot for failing to match the Mega Ball. A $2 million winner hit in New York for playing the Megaplier add-on.
