COLUMBUS -- A Central Ohio mother accused of having sex with a teenage girl is out on bond.
"I love my children very much, talk to my attorneys for anything further," said Becky Jo Tatum after being arrested Friday.
Detectives say the 41-year-old Bexley woman had sex with her daughter's 14-year-old friend.
According to the search warrant, the teenage girl told police she'd been drinking and had a buzz.
Tatum's own daughter says her mother has done this before.
"We observed her coming out of the apartment into her car. Kinda took her by surprise, she didn't see us approach. So she was a little dazed. Nothing was said. We obtained her, got her, put her in handcuffs and put her in the back of the car."
Tatum posted $25,000 bond on Friday and was released.
More charges are possible, because investigators think there could be more victims.
