TIFFIN (WTOL) - A former factory property in Tiffin will soon be a destination for family friendly fun.
On Washington Street in Tiffin, signs are up for a future family fun center.
Pregame Sports and Entertainment is the brain child of Troy Albright, who has owned a golf simulator facility in Clyde for six years.
Now, this facility is expected to host much more.
Along with the golf simulators, it will feature a remote control car course, Playstation 4 VR stations, Coin operated games, billiards, darts, and even cornhole.
The fun for all ages center will charge per hour for each station, and wants to be a melting pot of activities for all ages.
Albright said the repurposing of old factory spaces like this one is what smaller communities need to focus on to keep their community vibrant.
“Especially the communities that become aggressive in wanting to transform their industrial type property into retail or entertainment and so forth. So, I just think this is another great example of what can be done,” said Albright.
The current goal is to have Pregame up and running in time to host a Super Bowl watch party on February 3.
