TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - A Toledo man acquitted for the aggravated murders of a Springfield Township couple has now been indicted on new charges in a different case.
Cameo Pettaway has been indicted on a charge of felonious assault.
Police say he beat up his girlfriend during an argument in their Oregon apartment Sunday morning. She had to be treated for injuries to her head and eye.
