How do I find my polling location in Ohio?

You're registered, have everything you need to bring to the polls and know your candidates and issues. But where do you vote? Here's how to find out in Ohio.

OHIO, USA — For the past several months, WTOL 11 has been working to keep you up to date on everything you need to know before you cast your ballot in the November general election.

Election Day is Nov. 5. You have everything you need to bring to the polls, but now the question is: where do you go to vote?

Polling locations are based on where you live and you must cast your ballot at your designated precinct, according to the Ohio Secretary of State's Office

All polling locations in Ohio are open from 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5. As long as you are in line by 7:30 p.m., you will be allowed to vote.

HOW DO I FIND MY PRECINCT?

To find your precinct, you can either contact your county board of elections or visit the website for the Ohio Secretary of State's Office.

WHAT TIME WILL RESULTS COME IN?

The first unofficial, projected results should come in shortly after 7:30 p.m. when the polls close. Absentee ballots are counted first, according to the Secretary of State's office.
