German American Festival Potato Pancakes
6 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons flour
6 eggs
1/2 cup carrots
3 small onions
1 teaspoon salt
Grind up potatoes, onions and carrots
Mix in flour, eggs and salt to make batter
Spoon into deep fryer or or pan fry in oil or butter
Salt & pepper to taste
