TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - A second person is behind bars in connection to a double shooting in March.
The Toledo Police Department arrested Keith Carter Wednesday night.
He's charged with two counts of felonious assault.
Investigators say Carter and Ronald Henson shot two men at Detroit and Phillips in north Toledo.
Henson was previously arrested for the crime.
Carter was officially arraigned on charges stemming from the shooting in Toledo Municipal Court Thursday.
