SYLVANIA, OH (Toledo News Now) - Sylvania Police removed several items from an apartment in a complex on Monroe Street as part of a child pornography investigation.

Police took a computer, an external hard drive, a digital camera and a notebook containing passwords from a unit at the Versailles in the Woods apartments in on Monroe Street. A police report states "the suspect distributed and transferred materials that portray an illegal use of minors in nudity-oriented material." The suspect has not been named, but police did say an adult male is in question in the case.

Sylvania's Police Chief declined to comment on the case Wednesday because the investigation is ongoing. Police say the investigation should wrap up within a week, and charges could be close behind.
