TOLEDO (WTOL) - Hundreds of school closings due to this brutal cold means parents and kids are stuck at home.
If you’re looking for something for the kids to do before cabin fever sets in, check out the Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter Field House.
The field house is open and you can take the kids there for free.
The soccer fields and the basketball courts will be open Thursday thanks to the Sylvania Recreation for an opportunity for your kids to burn off some energy.
Tam-O-Shanter is located off Sylvania Avenue across from Southview High School.
It will be open from noon to 4 p.m.
