TOLEDO, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - Melissa Voetsch, the morning anchor of WTOL 11 Your Morning, has taken an extended break from Toledo News Now to focus on her health.
She was on medical leave in 2011 because of a serious virus that affected her heart. Mel continues to improve every day, but her doctors believe she needs to be home to fully recover.
Like you, we look forward to seeing Mel on the morning news when she is healthy once again.
