TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - The TPS School Board has selected Randall Parker to fill the seat vacated by Dr. Cecelia Adams.
Adams resigned from the board earlier this month after being chosen for a spot on city council.
In June, the board will have another opening when Treasurer Matthew Cleland leaves.
