Wood County warning sirens to test later Saturday

Wood County's outdoor warning sirens will be tested on Saturday, but later than usual. Residents should hear sirens at noon, rather than the usual 10 a.m. time on Saturday. This change is temporary and normal testing will resume at 10 a.m. on Sept. 1. As with any testing date, the test will be suspended if there is threatening weather in the area.

WOOD COUNTY, OH (WTOL) - Wood County's outdoor warning sirens will be tested on Saturday, but later than usual.

Residents should hear sirens at noon, rather than the usual 10 a.m. time on Saturday.

This change is temporary and normal testing will resume at 10 a.m. on Sept. 1.

As with any testing date, the test will be suspended if there is threatening weather in the area.
