TOLEDO (WTOL) - McComb and Glouster Trimble kicked off their Division VII state championship game at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
The Panthers and Tomcats faced off in Canton Saturday morning.
McComb held the lead against Glouster Trimble through the entire game, ending the first half 14-3 and continuing that momentum.
The Panthers completed the third quarter with a lead of 28-3 and held that through the end of the game.
McComb has just 25 players on the roster, nine of which are seniors.
