The Guards will begin play in the division series this Saturday against the Detroit Tigers. Seats are still available for a potential winner-take-all Game 5.

CLEVELAND — Get ready. October baseball is returning to Cleveland

The Cleveland Guardians are officially in the MLB playoffs and have locked up the AL Central title. They also finished the regular season with the second-best record in the American League, giving them the No. 2 seed in the AL's postseason bracket and a first-round bye to the division series.

If you want to catch some of the playoff action that unfolds at Progressive Field, here's how to buy tickets for the ALDS, which begins this Saturday against the Detroit Tigers.

For the best-of-five division series, Games 1, 2, and a potential Game 5 will all take place in Cleveland. Tickets went on sale to the general public last week, but as of Thursday, the team confirms the first two games are sold out.

A select number of tickets for a potential winner-take-all Game 5 on Oct. 12 can be bought HERE starting at $106, with the Guardians noting that purchasers will be limited to six seats per game and that all tickets will be delivered in digital form. If a fifth game is not necessary, the tickets will be refunded.

If you're dead set on going to Games 1 or 2, the club says some standing room seats will be available from the time the gates open through one our after scheduled first pitch during both contests (1:08 p.m. on Saturday and 4:08 p.m. on Monday). Those tickets can be found on CLEGuardians.com/postseason.

Additionally, a number of seats for the opening two games remain available on the secondary market. The current "get-in prices" are as follows:

If you are a season ticket holder, members are granted early access to postseason tickets and are the only ticket holders with guaranteed access to future postseason rounds. The Guardians also released the following information about reselling postseason tickets:

"Tickets acquired through this offer are intended to be used by you, your family, and friends. All tickets acquired through this offer will be closely monitored, and abuses may result in the termination of the revocable license granted by the Cleveland Guardians to use the ticket(s), as well as cancellation of tickets for future games/series."
