NORTHWEST, Ohio — University of Toledo football head coach Jason Candle held his weekly press conference on Monday after the Rockets won their seventh straight game on Saturday.
UT beat Miami in what was the premier showdown of the Mid-American Conference season so far.
Now, the Rockets prepare for mid-week MACtion when they play Buffalo at home on Tuesday, Oct. 31 at 7:30 p.m. as they seek to stay unbeaten in the conference.
"We know we have some meaningful games coming up. We got a couple of days here to catch our breath before we totally turn the page toward Buffalo," said Toledo head coach Jason Candle. "A team that kicked our tail last year up there in Buffalo. We know what they're capable of and they're a team that really controls their own destiny on their side of the conference as well. It'll be a big football game here next Tuesday night and like I said, we'll use these couple of days to get healthy. We got to keep this thing rolling."

Bowling Green football is expected to hold its weekly press conference on Friday, Oct. 27 ahead of their MAC matchup with Ball State on Wednesday, Nov. 1.
