BOWLING GREEN -- News 11 learned Tuesday afternoon of a fire burning at an industrial park in Bowling Green.
The Bowling Green Fire Dept. stayed on the scene for quite a while to make sure the fire was extinguished. There were no injuries.
Around 2 p.m. there was a report of an explosion at Vehtek Systems, at 2125 Wood Bridge on the east side behind Meijer. That area was blocked off, according to the BG Fire Department. The area is across from the football stadium.
Vehtek's web site says the company manufactures stamped metal automobile body parts, vehicle bodies and trailers, automotive chassis and product and material trailers.
