SYLVANIA, OH (Toledo News Now) - Two men are facing misdemeanor charges after a discussion about their brother's grades somehow escalated and police got involved.
Sylvania City Schools says Belal Youssef Saadeh and Saaid Y. Saadeh entered Southview High School on Friday looking for information on their brother's grades. The district says they were told the grades could only be released to the boy's parents or legal guardians.
At some point, the discussion escalated and a school resource officer got involved. The district says both Saadeh brothers were charged with a violation of the safe schools act, a misdemeanor.
