TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo Fire and Rescue vehicle was involved in a crash in west Toledo Tuesday.
A TFRD vehicle and another vehicle were involved in the crash around noon near the intersection of Secor Road and Central Avenue. Toledo police responded to the scene.

According to authorities on scene, the TFRD vehicle was en route to a fire and approached the intersection when the collision occurred.
A firefighter sustained a minor injury. The driver of the second vehicle was not injured.
Crews were seen unloading the TFRD engine around 12:30 p.m.
The corner of Secor Road and Central Avenue southbound was closed to traffic.
