TOLEDO, Ohio — A portion of I-475 in west Toledo reopened Friday afternoon after closing due to a crash and hazmat situation in the late morning.
According to the Ohio Department of Transportation's traffic tracker, all lanes are reopened on I-475 eastbound beyond Secor Road.
The crash happened around 11 a.m. A traffic camera showed a semi-truck stopped on the shoulder of the roadway with a spill near it that the city of Toledo described as a "large diesel spill."
It is unknown if any injuries were suffered in the crash, or how many vehicles were involved.
