HOLLAND, Ohio — Rescue crews are on the scene of an injury accident involving a school bus with no students aboard and another vehicle on Wednesday morning.
The accident happened just after 8 a.m. on Perrysburg-Holland and Pilliod roads.
A person was trapped under the bus and had to be extricated. Crews were able to free the person and officials say they suffered life-threatening injuries.
The bus was reported to not have any students aboard at the time. The school district said that the bus driver is uninjured.
Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers are on scene.
The crash occurred on Perrysburg Holland Road at the I-475 overpass. The roadway is closed at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.

Also, the Toledo Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is handling a commercial vehicle crash on the ramp from westbound Dussel to northbound I-475. The northbound left lane on I-475 is closed. The crash occurred on Perrysburg Holland Road at the I-475 overpass. The roadway is closed at this time.
CRASH NO. 3
There is also a vehicle involved in this crash northbound I-475 north of Dussel in the median. Traffic is backed up in the area and motorists are urged to find an alternate route.
