MAUMEE, Ohio — Maumee police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Gibbs Street and Indiana Tuesday morning that resulted in damage to a building.
According to police, at approximately 7:30 a.m., a vehicle traveling southbound on Gibbs Street attempted to stop at the Gibbs and Indiana intersection but slid through. The vehicle struck a second vehicle traveling westbound on Indiana Avenue.
The first vehicle then struck a building, which was damaged.
Maumee police said minor injuries were sustained in the crash. Crews were clearing the scene at approximately 8:30 a.m.
