MILLBURY, Ohio — A guardrail penetrated a vehicle Tuesday night in Lake Township after a single-vehicle crash.
The Lake Township Fire Department responded to the scene on Pemberville Road just north of Libbey Road about 11 p.m. The driver was taken to a trauma center.
There were no passengers in the vehicle. The driver's condition is unknown.
