PERRYSBURG, Ohio — West 3rd Street in downtown Perrysburg will be closed from Louisiana to Walnut for a construction project.
While crews convert the road to accommodate one-way traffic only, W. 3rd will be closed until 5 p.m. on Tuesday Sept. 20, after which it will reopen again.
It will close again beginning Wednesday morning while crews install curb stops; a Facebook post by the city of Perrysburg said the road should re-open "by the end of the day [Wednesday]."
Once completed, traffic can only travel west on W. 3rd Street.
According to the city, the road is being changed to one-way to add additional parking spots. Parking lots for nearby restaurants are accessible from alleyways during construction.
