TOLEDO, Ohio — A portion of Eleanor Avenue in west Toledo closed Wednesday for a resurfacing project.
Eleanor will remain closed for seven weeks between Bennett Road and Jackman Road. A detour has been posted via Bennett to Sylvania Avenue, to Jackman; and Lewis Avenue to Sylvania, to Jackman.
