A main thoroughfare in Bedford Township is closed until further notice after storm damage on Saturday.

The Monroe County Road Commission says Secor Rd. in Lambertville had to be closed due to broken utility poles that were leaning over the road on Saturday.

Secor Rd. was closed between Sterns Rd. and Summerfield Rd. The road is expected to be reopened sometime on Sunday.

In the meantime, drivers are being asked to use Summerfield Rd. or Monroe Rd. as a detour.
