TOLEDO, Ohio — City crews closed the intersection of Washington and St. Clair streets in downtown Toledo Friday due to a water main break.
According to a Toledo police report, officers responded to the intersection around 10:10 p.m. Thursday night regarding what they described as a "traffic flow problem."
Officers arrived on scene and saw that the intersection had been flooded and the roadway had sustained structural damage.
City crews were called to the scene, police said. The roadway was closed while crews worked to make the repairs.
The exact time the intersection will reopen is unknown.
