COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio E-ZPass website is getting an upgrade.
The site will be unavailable starting Friday at 5 p.m. and lasting until Feb. 16 as the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission transitions to a new website. About 450,000 Ohioans utilize E-ZPass.
Customers will need to change their password upon initial sign-in to access the new account features. The new site is modernized and will include live chat functions, email and text alerts, and other components.
Customers will not be able to activate new transponders while the site is down.
