TOLEDO, Ohio — There is a slight chance for a sprinkle or light shower during the day on Wednesday.
Some sunshine will appear back into the picture by the afternoon with highs in the mid-70s.
Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy skies Wednesday evening. Lows for Wednesday night will fall back into the upper 50s and low 60s.
Expect dry and brighter skies on Thursday with highs in the middle and upper 70s.
It will turn quite breezy on Friday with the remnants of Helene moving north into the Ohio River Valley. It is expected to remain dry through early Friday with the chance of showers developing into the afternoon. Rainfall would be light on Friday and would amount to 1/4" or less.
Breezy conditions will continue through the afternoon Friday with winds out of the east and northeast 15-25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. This will be directly from the remnants of Helene.
Dry weather will be expected to start the weekend on Saturday. A few isolated showers will be possible later Saturday afternoon and again into Sunday due to some of the remnant tropical moisture.
Race for the Cure will be mostly dry with just a low chance of an isolated morning shower Sunday morning. Temperatures Sunday morning will be in the 60s.
More likely chances of rain will resurface once again Sunday afternoon and into Monday.
Highs most of next week will remain in the low and middle 70s into early October.
