TOLEDO, Ohio — Two educators and community organizers joined us Saturday morning.
Yusuf Lateef and Margaret Barron are hosting an event next Saturday and Sunday at the Toledo Museum of Art.
The event will be a two-day program featuring conversation, spoken word along with music in celebration of Black History Month.
This year's theme is African-Americans and the Vote.
The Toledo Black Lives Matter group is was at the WTOL studio to share what they are doing in the community to celebrate Black History Month.
The co-founder, Brother Washington Muhammad and the lead administrative core Ruth Leonard shared the details with us.
