TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are investigating after a 17-year-old was shot in the leg outside of a Halloween party late Saturday night in south Toledo.
At 11:45 p.m., the teen was involved in an altercation while leaving a Halloween party at a home on the 500 block of Thayer Street near South Avenue and several gunshots were fired, according to police reports.
The teen was struck twice in the legs but is expected to survive his injuries.
Toledo police said the teen was uncooperative with officers at the crime scene.
