TOLEDO, Ohio — One person is in custody on arson charges, according to court records, after she allegedly ignited an accelerant on a central Toledo home in May.
Toledo Municipal Court records indicate police received a complaint on May 31 regarding an alleged arson on May 27. Police issued a warrant for the arrest of 30-year-old Marchille Turner on charges of aggravated arson, a first-degree felony, and first-degree misdemeanor arson of another's property.

Turner is accused of pouring an accelerant on a home in the 500 block of Vance Street. Turner then allegedly took a lighter to the accelerant, the warrant states.
Police served the warrant Monday and booked Turner at the Lucas County jail. In court, a judge set her bond to $100,000, no percent. She was ordered to have no contact with any victims of the incident.
Court records did not state if the home sustained any damage, or if anyone was injured at the time.
