TPD: North Toledo home struck by gunfire early Friday

TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are investigating after a home in north Toledo was hit by gunfire early Friday morning.

Officers responded to a ShotSpotter Alert at 1 a.m. near a residence on North Erie Street near Stickney Avenue.

Officers at the scene "located several bullet holes into the home and bullet fragments on the outside of the home," according to a police report.

No injuries or arrests were reported by police.
