TOLEDO, Ohio — One person was arrested Sunday after leading police on a chase through west Toledo at speeds of approximately 100 mph, police said. The chase and arrest were documented in dashcam and body cam footage, which are included in this story.
According to a Toledo police report and court documents, officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Upton and Central avenues at approximately 7 p.m. The suspect, 43-year-old Henry Klein, did not stop and led police on a chase through residential neighborhoods.

The chase, which lasted approximately eight minutes and reached speeds of 100 mph, ended when Klein crashed the vehicle into a parked vehicle near Snowden Drive and McGregor Lane. Klein then fled on foot, with officers giving chase.
Police located Klein and told him to get on the ground. When he initially did not, police deployed a taser and arrested Klein. He was later charged with failure to comply, a third degree felony; fourth-degree felony receiving stolen property and obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor. A judge set Klein's bond at a total of $51,500.

An officer's hip was injured during the arrest, but she remained on duty after a medical evaluation, the report said. Klein also received medical treatment.
On Tuesday, Klein was indicted on charges of failure to comply, receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.
