TOLEDO, Ohio — Editor's note: This story has been updated to include additional indictments.
A suspect has been indicted in the death of a Toledo teen who was shot and killed in February.
According to a press release from Toledo police, 29-year-old Dominic Garcia was indicted Wednesday on two charges of murder in the homicide of 16-year-old Jacob Barrett. He was also indicted on charges of felonious assault, having weapons while under disability and reckless homicide.
Garcia has been in custody since Feb. 12 on a charge of having weapons under disability, police said.

Barrett was shot and killed in the 200 block of Langdon Street on Feb. 11 around 1:30 a.m. Following an autopsy, the Lucas County Coroner's Office determined the cause of death to be a gunshot wound to the chest and the manner of death was ruled a homicide.
