Suspect wanted for shooting, killing 2 has died in Cincinnati, Toledo police say

A warrant was issued for the suspect's arrest in a central Toledo double homicide.

TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police confirmed Friday that a suspect in a central Toledo double homicide earlier this month has died.

According to Toledo police, Jorenzo Phillips, 19, was confirmed to have died in Cincinnati. The circumstances surrounding Phillips's death are not known. 

Toledo police issued a warrant for Phillips's arrest Tuesday for the Nov. 14 shooting that killed two victims, both 21 years of age.
