The first suspect, Marquise Brent, was arrested on June 24.

TOLEDO, Ohio — A second suspect has been arrested in the north Toledo shooting that killed a man and injured a juvenile in June.

According to court records, Ontrionis Armour, 23, was arrested Sunday on one charge of murder and two counts of felonious assault. Armour is accused of participating in the June 13 shooting at a home near Lake and Elm streets, according to an arrest warrant.

The shooting, which occurred on the porch of a north Toledo home, killed Joshua Davis, 44, and injured a juvenile girl. The shooting was partially captured on a video during a Facebook live on Davis' account.

Both victims were taken to the hospital where Davis died following surgery, according to the warrant. An autopsy report revealed Davis' manner of death to be homicide due to multiple gunshot wounds to the torso.

The juvenile girl was in critical condition as of June 14. Her current condition is unknown.

Charged alongside Armour is 27-year-old Marquise Brent, who was arrested on June 24 and charged with murder. Both suspects were indicted in July on charges in the incident.
