TOLEDO, Ohio —
A man accused of kidnapping a woman in Michigan and assaulting her in west Toledo was indicted Tuesday by a Lucas County Grand Jury.
Kevin Thompson II, 35, was indicted on one count of kidnapping and three counts of rape.
He allegedly kidnapped a woman in Detroit, handcuffed her in his vehicle and assaulted her at his home on Mayfair Boulevard.
"The suspect and the victim are known to each other. This was not random," Lt. Paul Davis with the Toledo Police Department told WTOL 11.
