TOLEDO, Ohio — Law enforcement arrested two teens accused of stealing from Kohl's and making threats to employees Friday evening, according to a report from Toledo police.
Officers responded to the 4800 block of Monroe Street just before 7 p.m. regarding a robbery at Kohl's. Police claimed two 13-year-old suspects were stealing items from the business and threatening staff. During the incident, one of the suspects allegedly attempted to use mace on a loss prevention employee who confronted them.

The suspects fled Kohl's on foot and were located a short distance away, where police arrested them.
