TOLEDO, Ohio — Police responded to the same apartments twice within an approximately five-hour period Tuesday night after shots were fired, striking buildings.
According to a Toledo police report, officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert near Collingwood Boulevard and Nebraska Avenue at approximately 6 p.m. A resident of the McClinton Nunn Homes told police gunfire had struck their home on Dennis Court. No injuries were reported.

Police later responded to the same area at approximately 10:30 p.m. regarding another call for shots fired at the McClinton Nunn Homes. Police said they investigated the area and found that a building, also on Dennis Court, had been struck by gunfire. In the report, police said no injuries were reported in the second incident.
No suspects were located or named in either incident. Police have not said if they are investigating the incidents as related.
