In the report, police claimed Huff appeared to be under the influence of an "unknown substance." Toledo Fire and Rescue crews transported Huff to the hospital evaluation. Police also said they determined the vehicle Huff crashed was stolen.
Huff was charged with receiving stolen property, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and criminal trespassing. He was arraigned in Lucas County Common Pleas Court on Dec. 14 and pleaded not guilty to all charges.
There was no damage to the museum, according to the report.
