TOLEDO, Ohio — A second suspect has been arrested and charged with murder in the February shooting death of a 20-year-old man in west Toledo, according to Toledo police.
Sean Duhart, 22, was arrested Wednesday. Catarino Rodriguez, 20, was arrested on June 5 and later indicted on aggravated murder, murder and felonious assault charges in the death of Michael Bradford-Washington.
Duhart is being held on a $1 million bond. Court documents allege that he directed another person to the victim's location by "electronic means" at which time the victim was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting.
Another suspect, Mercedes Rodriguez, was indicted on counts of obstructing justice and participating in a criminal gang.
Bradford-Washington was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds around 2 p.m. on Feb. 11 at the intersection of Hoiles and West Sylvania avenues.
