11 Investigates has brought you stories of contractor David Broadway, accused of scamming senior citizens, and now it seems he's found a new city to work in.

Broadway is a contractor, accused of scamming older adults out of thousands of dollars for partial or poorly done home improvement jobs. After a number of stories and warnings to be on the lookout, it seems David Broadway found a new place to continue his "work."

Our 11 Investigates team received a tip that he is now in Indianapolis.

A woman told 11 Investigates that Broadway charged her elderly mother more than $2,000 for a driveway job after telling her it wouldn't be too much money, then giving her a massive bill.

Her story is on par with what you've told you before.

He knocks on your door, tells you he'll take care of your driveway for a couple hundred bucks, does a partial job and charges you thousands of dollars, wanting the payment right then and there on the spot.

The woman told 11 Investigates that she wasn't sure who this guy was until she found our stories.

The family filed a police report, which shows this just happened last week, on Nov. 3.

The receipt, dated Nov. 3, is identical to ones that northwest Ohioans have received after jobs deemed complete by National Paving and David Broadway.

The receipt for the job is identical to the previous receipts people in northwest Ohio have shared with 11 Investigates. The name of the company on the receipt is "National Paving," which is the same name that Broadway has used in northwest Ohio.

The family says the job that Broadway did was not worth $2,000. There's even spray paint or seal coating on the leaves.

About a month ago, WTOL 11 got a tip that he was in Clay County, Indiana.

11 Investigates' Kalie Marantette called Indianapolis police to give them a heads up of what's been happening in northwest Ohio and other states. Officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department did express interest in having the Toledo Police Department reach out to them.

11 Investigates did reach out to the Toledo Police Department on Thursday to talk about this story but did not hear back by the time of publication.
