FULTON COUNTY, OHIO, Ohio — The Fulton County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a 23-year-old Wauseon man after he was struck by a minivan while riding his bike Sunday night.

Sheriffs deputies responded to a crash call around 8 p.m. on the 7000 block of County Road 14.

According to reports, Mark Estel, 34, of Wauseon, was driving a gray 2018 Chrysler minivan when it collided with a man riding a bicycle, Garhett Morris, also of Wauseon.

Morris was pronounced dead at the scene.

Estel, as well as a juvenile passenger, were taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

"Alcohol does not appear to be a factor," sheriff reports said.
