TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo Fire and Rescue crews tackled a structure fire Friday afternoon.
Crews were dispatched to the 1200 block of Vanderbilt Road around 2:15 p.m. regarding a fire in a building. Authorities closed Dorr Street at Vanderbilt Road for a period of time while firefighters put out the fire, which was in the second story of the building.
According to TFRD officials at the scene, the fire was accidental and was possibly caused by an unattended space heater. No one was injured in the incident.
