LENAWEE COUNTY, Mich. — A hunter has died after being shot by another hunter in Rollin Township Thursday, according to a press release from the Lenawee County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities said they received a 911 call at 9:43 a.m. regarding the incident and immediately dispatched medical crews and law enforcement to the scene. The sheriff's office said a hunter shot another hunter in the 15000 block of Rome Road, an area just south of Devil's Lake. The hunter who was shot died at the scene.

The victim was identified by authorities as 41-year-old Kirt Stubbins from Addison. The other person involved in the incident is related to the victim and a juvenile, authorities said Friday.
Because they are a juvenile, no further information will be released, according to the Lenawee County Sheriff's Office.
The incident remains under investigation by the Lenawee County Sheriff's Office, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and the Addison Fire Department.
